The property offers spacious light and airy accommodation and benefits from on site parking. Dartmouth is well known for its beautiful riverside location and has plenty to offer with an abundance of restaurants, cafes and interesting shops.

Bedroom 2 Twin beds, one bedside table, double dressing unit.
Bathroom WC, large washbasin, bath with shower attached.
Outside Situated off the master bedroom through the French doors is a small courtyard with a bistro set, perfect for those al fresco moments to enjoy a glass of wine or two.
Parking To the rear of the property is a parking space for one small size car.
Changeover Day Friday – arrival 16:00 (4pm) - departure 11:00 (11am)
Security Deposit £150 refundable OR Damage Waiver At the checkout you can choose to pay £5 per person instead which is non-refundable
Power and Heat Electricity and gas are included in the rent
