The moment you step inside this stylish apartment you’ll be taken by the spectacular views of Ilfracombe harbour and the ocean beyond. Ideally placed to explore this popular seaside town, from here you can find a diverse range of shops, bars and restaurants, and spot Damien Hirst’s striking 25-metre tall sculpture of a female warrior, Verity. You can even glimpse her while you enjoy drinks on your balcony, watching the boats bob in the harbour.
The cosy open-plan living area is decorated in neutral tones and natural woods. Although compact, the space is highly functional and comfortable; prepare meals in the contemporary kitchen, dine at the table for four, and lounge whilst taking in the view or watching TV. The king-size master bedroom is calm and homely but offers striking views to remind you of the locale. Access to the balcony is through sash windows in either the living space or master bedroom - please take extra care on the balcony. An inviting twin bedroom and fresh shower room with WC complete this appealing holiday abode.
Ilfracombe offers a wonderful base for exploring all that North Devon has to offer. Spectacular walks can be enjoyed within Exmoor National Park or the South West Coast Path. Visit the famous sandy beaches of Woolacombe (7 miles), Croyde (10 miles), and Saunton (11 miles), and perhaps take a surf lesson. Other worthwhile visits include Lynton and Lynmouth with their water powered Cliff Railway (19 miles), the National Trust’s Arlington Court (11 miles), or a boat trip to the marine nature reserve of Lundy Island.
