Breathe in the fresh sea air and enjoy views over Brixham’s breakwater at this split-level apartment, where on a clear day you can see even as far as Lyme Bay. Here you’re less than half a mile from the town’s famous harbour, where you can board a tour boat to explore the whole of Torbay - and perhaps even spot a wild dolphin or two!

The apartment makes for a fantastic couples' getaway, with a spacious second-floor double bedroom that’s accessed via cottage-style steep stairs. But it’s the stunning first-floor lounge/diner where you’re sure to spend your time (that is, when you’re not out exploring), with the homely, nautical decor dominated by the breathtaking sights over Torbay. There’s even a cosy window seat to make the most of the view - the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee with a good book.

Walk out along the impressive 0.5-mile-long breakwater and enjoy the views back towards the town. At the foot of the breakwater, stop to relax on the town’s main beach. Here you’ll find a cosy bistro for a quiet bite to eat, or perhaps a leisurely lunch. For a smaller, more secluded beach spot, head to St Mary’s Bay (2 miles) or Fishcombe Cove (0.5 miles) - both great spots for a paddle in the surprisingly warm waters or to relax on the sandy beach.

Lovely, well situated apartment with fabulous sea /harbour views to look out from large picture window, is this property's prime charm and so relaxing. Comfortable and well furnished. Only need to be careful using narrow steep stairs up to bedroom, not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Comfortable, well equipped flat within an easy walk of Brixham centre. Great view, we spent a lot of time in the evening on the window seat. Access from the entrance to the flat is steep and up the the bedroom is extremely steep. Could do with a handrail on the right at the top. Not appropriate for those with dogs that have mobility issues, or peopRead morele who have trouble with stairs. On street parking was a bit of a lottery and could be some way from the flat. Amazing and everything we hoped for. We did find the stairs a struggle as very steep and narrow step, but managed ok. Well worth struggle for the view over the harbour The welcome pint of milk in the fridge was so thougtful

Had another really lovely stay at this property in Brixham. Had everything we needed and we had a parking space outside every day. Great location for walking down to the harbour and town or elsewhere. I'm sure we'll be back for a 6th time!

Lovely stay at this Flat - We had good weather for many walks - Flat located on a good Bus route down and back up from the Harbour. Plenty of eating places in Brixham - Also good Bus Service to Painton and Torquay, choice of Ferries for Day Trips. Would recommend this Flat.

Excellent stay in the apartment, we stayed with our little dog Alfie who loved looking out of the bay lounge window at the boats and spectacular views (as did we also).we have travelled to all parts of the world and this is up there with the best accommodation we have stayed in .very clean and some nice little touches to make things easier.we managRead moreed to park outside on the road which was ideal.a lovely park nearby to walk our dog and sit and admire the views. The cottage has spectacular sea views, which is the big wow factor! Lovely chilling on the window seat reading, bliss! A comfortable place to stay and explore the area - Totnes, Dartmouth and Salcombe all worth a visit. Recommend Rockfish and Shoal's at the Lido (Brixham) - amazing dinners and lunches! Excellent accommodation, everything supplied, beautiful views across the harbour, bought fresh fish every morning at reasonable prices, lovely walks around Brixham and beyond, loved seeing the seals around the breakwater and in the harbour, will definitely return.

Lovely property within walking distance of the harbour. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Amazing view from the huge window with window seat in the living room. We've stayed 4 times now! We usually get a parking space outside or fairly close.

Beautiful vista at this apartment, we could sit for hours and watch the sea coming and goings. The property was well located off our purposes and comfortable. Everything we needed for a few days away, just the two of us. Yes the steps are steep but as long as you havent got mobility issues, they are fine.
