Perfect location although not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as access is slightly tricky at high tide. Very well equipped and comfortable. Be hard to find a more beautiful setting!

We had the most relaxing of times at Beach End, the perfect place to stay to watch the world go by on the river. The kingfisher was a highlight, as were the sun rises and sunsets. We absolutely loved Beach End. The location, house, and village were all perfect for a January break. I would imagine the village/river are very busy in the summer. Also loved Dartmouth & Brixham. We really couldn't fault it at all once we had got our heads around the high tides !!
