Escape with six friends or family members and two dogs to this characterful cottage well situated for exploring the coast and countryside. Soak up the sun on one of the stunning beaches in the area, stroll along the scenic coastline or visit the traditional towns of North Devon.

This converted barn has been thoughtfully designed and furnished, and has underfloor heating throughout, so you will be warm whatever the weather. Enjoy an evening on the comfortable sofas watching a film together, or get competitive in the games room, which is shared with the two neighbouring holiday homes. Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher for easy cleaning. Two of the three bedrooms and a WC are situated downstairs, while the super-king bedroom with en-suite and separate family bathroom are upstairs. Outside is a patio area and BBQ for al fresco dining.

Feel free to roam the farm and woodland that surrounds the cottage, and take a walk into the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just 3 miles away is the delightful town of Ilfracombe and its wide range of eateries and shops. From here, you can also take a boat trip to Lundy Island and spot the variety of wildlife that lives here. Visit the stretch of sandy beach at Woolacombe (5 miles), fabulous for sunbathing, surfing and swimming. Alternatively, for great family days out, head to Watermouth Theme Park and Castle (5.5 miles) or Exmoor Zoo (14 miles).
