Fabulous apartment and views. Modern, clean and fresh. Welcomed by Matt in person, who made sure we knew the best way to approach the property and ensured we knew how everything thing worked within. Great location for exploring North Devon. The approach is via a steep hill, so you need to be fit if you want to walk back to the property from town. IRead morets no distance but it is severe. No large supermarkets nearby, a small Londis and Cost Cutter available in Lynton. Hide

Lovely apartment with comfortable bed and a great shower. Nicely decorated and warm. The owner is very helpful, should you need him. We had a very good break and did a few National Trust properties which are nearby. Lynton is a pleasant little town with nice shops.

Great accommodation located in a self contained loft conversion. Lynton is a hilly area which means that great views come at the cost of fairly strenuous exercise.

This is a fabulous property. The only reason we have given 3 stars for location is because of the steep hill to access, which those not familiar with the area may not be aware of. Fabulous views from the outside terrace. The terrace, parking and accommodation are all on the same level, which given the area is a massive plus.

Absolutely great location if you love being near the coast. Great views great host. It's a incredible place to visit and definitely worth exploring. It's our the way and some beautiful walks. The apartment was kept really well. And they have done a fantastic job.
