Quietly situated on the edge of Woolacombe and offering wonderful sea and countryside views, this well-appointed single-storey wing of the owner's bed and breakfast is a lovely setting for couples or friends. Spend your days on Woolacombe Beach or walking the South West Coast Path before returning to your base to enjoy a drink on the balcony, taking in the fresh sea air.

Inside, the accommodation is all on one level, although there are steps from the parking area and to the front door. All the rooms are spacious and decorated in light coastal tones to give a sense of tranquillity, enhanced by the beautiful views towards the sea. The cosy living room offers comfortable leather seating with a sofa bed for an alternative sleeping arrangement – this room can be screened off from the kitchen by double doors with curtains to maximise privacy. French doors lead from the dining area adjacent to the kitchen to a private raised decked area where you can dine alfresco and watch the beautiful sunsets. The king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room at the front of the property has lovely countryside and sea views. Enjoy your surroudings further by exploring the shared gardens.

Surrounded by countryside in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this cottage offers lots of outdoor activities for a rural retreat. The award-winning Woolacombe Beach and the pretty village of Mortehoe are both 1.5 miles away; go surfing at Woolacombe, walk the South West Coast Path to see the rugged rocks of Morte Point and sample the many restaurants, pubs and cafes in the area. Further afield, Ilfracombe is 4.5 miles away where you can see Damien Hirst’s Verity sculpture and visit the Victorian Tunnels Beach.

Croft Cottage was marvellous. Lovely and clean and very comfortable sofa's and double bed. High standard of fittings and furniture. Completely dog friendly with enclosed small grass garden. Our dog Barney the Cocker Spaniel loved his treats and doggy toy, thank you. The best property we have rented and thoroughly recommend. 5 stars

Apartment was spotless on arrival, plenty of information regarding things to do in the area and general info about the property was left by the owners, who were themselves very approachable and very helpful. Kitchen equipment was plentiful which was very useful, as well as the bins which were all labelled. Owners were very easy to contact and were Read morevery quick to reply to any queries. Location was stunning (although the weather was less than welcoming!) A good property for a couple. Compact, comfortable and nicely furnished. Great views of surrounding countryside and the coastline towards Hartland point. A short drive to Mortehoe allowing easy access to Morte Point and the coastal path.
