Admire Lyme Bay in all its Jurassic Coast glory from this cosy seaside retreat that’s right for a couple or even two friends who don’t mind sharing. There’s a cot available if you’re a young family, too. In a brilliant position along Seaton’s seafront, this one-bed apartment’s first-floor position affords it glorious sea views – not to mention great people-watching. Add allocated parking to the mix and it ticks loads of boxes. There’s lots to see and do in both Seaton and the wider area – if you can tear yourself away from gazing out to sea!
Accessed via stairs, this bijou beauty is well-equipped with all you could need or want for an extremely comfortable holiday. With the lounge/diner, it’s really all about those views. Dine by the window watching people jogging or walking their dogs along the seafront or curl up on the sofa. The comprehensive, galley-style kitchen has all you should need for holiday self-catering, but Seaton’s also got lots of cafes, pubs and eateries for treats. There’s no outside space at this apartment but it’s so close to the beach and prom that it shouldn’t matter.
Explore Seaton’s shops, sights and amenities. At one end of the pebbly beach is Axmouth Harbour' watch small crafts skilfully navigate their passage in and out of the narrow mouth. On the other end of the beach, you’ll find colourful beach huts and another rugged headland. Check out glories from a bygone age including the Clock Tower, Seafield Gardens or Cliff Field Gardens. The electric Seaton Tramway runs almost year-round within the town and out to nearby villages for sightseeing with a difference. Or take to the South West Coast Path to traverse the cliffs 2 miles to picture-perfect Beer. Sidmouth’s Regency glamour lies 10 miles west with its dramatic red cliffs.
