Step into the airy lobby, enjoy the heated floor beneath your feet and head into the spacious lounge where large windows and French doors offer fabulous countryside views. Draw the curtains in the evening and it becomes a cosy haven where you can snuggle up on the sofas in front of the Smart TV. For further relaxation, head to the sunroom to crash on the sofas in front of the Smart TV and enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Adjoining the sunroom is a the delightful, open-plan kitchen and diner with more stunning views of the rolling hills around. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to cook your favourite meals, while the dining space offers all the room you need to enjoy the delights of the kitchen. Completing the ground floor is a handy utility room and a WC. Up the impressive staircase are four delightful bedrooms that all offer further views of the countryside. With the Blackdown Hills AONB surrounding the cottage, guests have a wide choice of dramatic country trails waiting to be explored on foot. Nearby villages include Hemyock (2.5 miles), Madford (3 miles) and Sheldon (3.5 miles), while the historic town of Cullompton is just 8 miles away.
