At the rear of the cottage is a small but well-equipped kitchen with a convenient cloakroom. Heading upstairs via a striking open tread staircase in the centre of the living space, you''ll find two bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with breathtaking river views and a double bed. Across the hall is the family shower room. Completing this floor is a smaller bedroom with a double bed and a single bed over (suitable for children only). There is a further double bedroom located on the second floor, accessed via steep stairs. Outside, enjoy the magnificent views from the patio on the sunny side of the Dart and dine late into the evening.

A ferry crossing, located 0.5 miles away, takes you across the river to the vibrant town of Dartmouth, which boasts independent shops, numerous pubs and tempting cafes and restaurants. From Dartmouth, you can catch a river cruise to Totnes, Dittisham, and Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie. Alternatively, strike out along the South West Coast Path towards hidden coves and spectacular cliff-tip views.
