Chelsea may be home to the smart set but it can't compete with Croyde in North Devon when it comes to golden sands and rolling surf. Which is why keen surfer Andy Jordan, star of Channel 4's Made in Chelsea reality series, chose it for a photo shoot for his new surf clothing range last week.
Base for the shoot, which also featured top Select model Alex Rose, was The White House, a fabulous period home a stone's throw from the beach and with amazing views across Croyde Bay.
Sleeping ten, this five bedroomed house has an elegant designer interior, blending original features such as attractive Victorian fireplaces, high ceilings and antique furniture, with sleek wood and tiled floors, luxury fabrics and beautifully co-ordinated colour schemes.
It's not known if Andy tested the outdoor hot tub, but the break gave him a chance to catch some waves and relax indoors at The White House with his guitar. "Absolutely loved our stay at the white house @MarsdensCottage - thank you" (Andy has recently tweeted)
