Awash with cool greys and stylish contemporary furnishings, you’ll be sure to feel at home from the moment your eyes meet the pretty stone exterior. Take your morning coffee out through the patio doors into the enclosed garden where later you might enjoy a BBQ, or just sit and make the most of long summer evenings amongst family and friends.

The ancient town of Bideford (7 miles) offers parks, galleries, shops and restaurants as well as an opportunity to board the ferry and sail out to the magnificent Lundy Island, where you might spy puffins, seals and even dolphins. A few steps to get to the property, the property itself is lovely, very clean and well equipped. Had a great couple of days here. Just remember to take all you need, like salt & pepper, extra toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc.

Nice location, quiet yet still close enough to Bideford for food and shops, beaches etc, well equipped accommodation, hot tub a bonus, lots of steps inside and out, plus slope from car park to house, could do with more info on the waste recycling as there are lots of bins but nothing to say what is for what, and tumble dyer very noisy

Lovely property, location quiet and peaceful setting. Hot tub was fantastic, we went in everyday, sometimes twice! Lounge in particular was very comfortable, plenty of space and nice sofas. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms/showers were great!

Garden very untidy (grass not cut and lots of weeds), areas outside unkempt, BBQ would not use awful condition, garden furniture dated and dirty. Our 3rd visit to this lovely property. Hot tub perfect after a day walking in the area. The garden is very secure for our dog, and the property offers a quiet location with easy access to many lovely beaches. Well equipped and very clean. We have already booked for next year!!

The lights in the lounge didnt really work and the spots that did flickered! We had to use the lights in the kitchen. I would suggest people are aware to bring own dishwasher tablets and antibac etc as there is non available not even one tablet to get you through the first night! The house itself was great and ideal for what we needed.

The cottage is situated on a very pretty estate. The Interior dcor is very pleasant. The glass doors from the kitchen to the patio area needs protection from the sun as this has a tendency to superheat the kitchen and along with the heat from the boiler. This is particularly uncomfortable in hot weather. When comparing this to other 4 to 5 star proRead moreperties that we have stayed in, it did not provide a welcome pack on arrival, which is a touch that holiday makers like ourselves appreciate. Spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and there was plenty of space outside too. Make sure to bring everything down to salt and pepper and bin bags with you as nothing is provided. Another thing to be aware of (we managed to miss the small print) is that if bringing dogs you cant leave them in the house unattended within the rules of theRead more managing agents. This caused us some disruption to our plans. Nice place for a family holiday - but maybe leave the dogs at home! Hide

The property was very clean and well equipped which made our holiday very relaxing. The hot tub was refilled and cleaned before our arrival which did mean that we couldn't use it until the Sunday, but it was well worth the wait! We will definitely be recommending this property and re booking it ourselves.

Spacious house well situated for the North Devon coast. Great enclosed garden for dogs and the hot tub was fabulous, especially in the rain! Always warm and plenty of hot water.
