This attractive, light and spacious property makes a perfect romantic getaway for two or a great holiday base for a small family. The apartment is set on the first floor of a charming apartment block and features an elegant and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two comfortable bedrooms: a twin room and a double. The apartment also has a raised lawn area where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.

The apartment is just a short stroll from the wonderful, family-friendly sandy beach of Woolacombe, where you will also find some excellent pubs and restaurants. The popular surfing beaches of Croyde (5 miles) and Saunton (7 miles) are nearby, or you could enjoy glorious walks along the Tarka Trail or the South West Coast Path. The popular market town of Ilfracombe is 6 miles away, or you could head to Barnstaple for shopping (14 miles) or take a boat trip out to Lundy. Other attractions include Combe Martin Wildlife Park (11 miles) and Arlington Court (13 miles).

The apartment was in very good order, clean and well presented on our arrival. The owners had left tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and wine which was much appreciated. It is in a perfect position in Woolacombe to access the beach, coastal footpaths and the village.

Very well appointed apartment in a really good location. So many unexpected treats, like wine , coffee milk etc....and very clean. Lots of great scenic walks around and beautiful beaches. We hope to return.

Lovely comfortable apartment in the heart of Woolacombe. A stones throw from the beach, shops and pub. Smart Tv with guest log in. Blu ray player. Excellent modern kitchen. Very clean and well decorated. We had a very minor problem with a curtain rail that fell down and the owner offered to come straight out to fix it. This property is wonderfully located to the beach. It is quiet & comfortable, with sea views and plenty of natural light. A great pad to explore from, we really enjoyed the property &Woolacombe.

Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped flat in a great location, 250m from the beach. Views from the living/dining area over the greenery above the beach, views from the bedrooms and the terrace over the magnificent beach. Off-street parking for one car. We've stayed twice and will be back again.

A lovely quiet property with excellent sea views from both bedrooms. Great location minutes from everything and slept soundly every night. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Wow! what a great find this was. I couldn't fault it, we had an amazing stay. I would certainly return and definitely recommend to friends & family. It was a great base to explore the many attractions in the local area & it was so close to the fabulous award winning beach, it was so well located to be able to nip to the various shops and having so Read moremany restaurants within a short stroll was very handy.
