Very cosy comfortable bungalow, and had everything needed during our 2 week stay. Amazing walks with dog in fields and coast path from the front door, and the peace and quiet was welcomed. More remote (to get food) than I'd prefer so only booked 1 week but enjoyed it so much stayed 2 weeks. The dog absolutely loved chasing pheasants and the owners Read more(who were very understanding of our excitable spaniel). We will miss this beautiful place but hope to oneday go back. Hide

What a fabulous location. We were made to feel so welcome and had a brilliant week. Rarely used the car as there are so many walks from the door. This was the perfect place to de-stress and enjoy the outdoors.

This was our second stay at The Pynes, which is actually only an hour from our home but it's just good to get away and explore another part of beautiful Devon. Malcolm and Diane were the perfect hosts. The cottage was exactly what we wanted and ordered. Basic, clean and comfortable. We had some lovely walks around the farm and surrounding areas, even on the south Read morewest coastal path. There are some lovely secluded beaches and coves nearby but mostly rocky, great for exploring the rock pools. Thanks. The Thompsons Hide
