Delightfully located near the cobbled fishing village of Clovelly, this property sits on 200 acres of land where you’re welcome to observe the workings of the neighbouring farm. The interior is spacious and light, perfect for families and friends to enjoy valuable time together. Enjoying summer days and nights here is easy; the large garden area offers play equipment, outdoor seating and a covered private hot tub for a soak and a sundowner at the end of the day’s adventures. There is something for everyone, come rain or shine.

The classic charm of this home will have you swiftly slipping into holiday mode. Cosy up by the wood burner effect electric fire, snuggle into the sofas and make plans for the days ahead after eating together at the stylish dining table. Climb the pine staircase which leads you up to the bedrooms - all wonderful places to rest sleepy heads where you'll discover a double room with additional single bed accessed through a door from the second double room with additional single bed.

For waterfalls, pebble beaches and walking spots, head 4 miles to beautiful Bucks Mills; continue for an extra 2 miles to reach Clovelly, a quaint village that’s great for a walk, some local seafood and even a visit to the resident donkeys. For golden sands, water sports and picnic spots, Westward Ho! is 6 miles away and is home to fabulous ice cream and arcades for all the family to enjoy. 14 miles from home, historic Hartland is a magnificent place from which to venture onto the South West Coast Path and discover local smuggling tales in the museum at Hartland Quay.

This was a true, farm-based holiday experience, which the whole family enjoyed. The accommodation was clean and immediately felt like home - the large lounge area was amazing and easily fitted all 8 of our party. The weather did not go in our favour, so we didnt get to fully appreciate the garden, although made great use of the hot tub (undercover)Read more and the stunning view. Love love love this place. Its my third stay with Mike and Linda and its always wonderful. They are so friendly and accommodating and the property is perfect for a mix of people. Garden and amenities are spot on for families. So easy to get to some wonderful beaches from this destination too.

Excellent location. Very helpful and responsive owners. Both Linda and Mike were very friendly and had so much helpful information which helped us to plan local day trips. I can't express enough how beautiful and amazing this cottage is. So peaceful, tranquil and the view from the hot tub is gorgeous that you never want to get out. The accomodation has everything you need for self catering, the beds are so comfortable and even though it's on a farm it's peacefully quiet. Wow what a lovely find and welcoming hosts. What a quirky farm cottage. We booked the cottage for a girls weekend to celebrate a friend birthday. The cottage was lovely, hot tub was amazing and the owners even left us a bottle of Prosecco. So accommodating and friendly.

Highly recommend this property. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We went to spend new years all together as a family and this was perfect. Very spacious and felt homely. The garden grounds were just great and the hot tub was fantastic.

The hot tub and the views from it were a real bonus for us and our grandson, especially as the weather wasnt great . Unfortunately he didnt get to make much use of the play equipment in the garden. Cottage itself was spacious , it sleeps 9 but there were only 5 of us. Access is down a narrow lane but close enough to the main road making access to oRead morether parts of the county easy. This is a really great place, run by a lovely family who were very helpful and very kind towards all of us especially our two grandchildren who are 2 and 5. It was really interesting to be on a working farm and see the animals, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The hot tub was excellent and used every day and the play equipment was also great. What a wonderful few days away at such a beautiful place. The owners couldn't be better, so kind and really helpful. My little nephew even got to ride in the tractor! The house itself is so lovely, and you truly cannot beat the view from the hot tub. Would definitely recommend, and hopefully we will all be back again soon

We had a great stay at Goldsworthy Farm. Linda & Mike were great hosts. The kids loved looking around the farm, watching the calf's being fed & petting River the horse daily. Plus there was an added bonus of holding the puppies! The garden facilities are great, plenty to keep the kids occupied. The cottage itself has everything you need. We were a party of 7 adults and the property was plenty big enough for us, even when our family who live locally came to visit we comfortably sat 10 around the dining table. There is the most beautiful view from the garden and hot tub looking onto the rolling hills.
