The owner is friendly and helpful. Well presented, tidy and clean property. Wet room shower is good for those who like them. Location in general is excellent for access to Dartmoor and the South Hams. In particular we found the lack of any distant view from the living room rather limiting, and the proximity of huge, derelict glasshouses is not veryRead more cheerful. We were not disturbed by the proximity of the A38. Hide

Lovely friendly owner. We were very happy with the accommodation, bed is comfy, nice spacious wet room, large lounge kitchen area, perfect area outside for our pooch to wander round before and after we went out. Good location to get to nice places, we will definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay greeted and met by owner Michael since our satnav didn't recognise post code. Very quiet though some road noise but not adverse . Nice touches like milk in fridge and biscuits. Central location to suit our visit. Pleasant sitting in the garden advantage of good weather.

This is ideal little property for discovering Dartmoor and South Devon. Its in one of those places you would normally drive right pass heading elsewhere, but is well worth stopping and touring locally.

By far the best self catering accommodation we have used. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, essentials and welcome treats waiting on arrival.
