Situated in the traditional Devon village of Landkey, stunning Quintin Cottage is bright and spacious with fantastic views of the beautiful Devon countryside. The cosy interior is perfect for relaxed evenings in front of the wood burner or in warmer months, enjoy a BBQ on the decking while the kids run free in the large garden; they’ll adore bouncing on the sunken trampoline and exploring the charming treehouse.

With plenty of space throughout, this beautiful, detached cottage has a bright yet cosy feel. The ground floor boasts two separate lounge areas, both with charming wood burners for toasty winter nights. The large kitchen/diner is full of light, with space for the whole family to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The bright family bathroom has a bath for luxurious soaks after long blustery walks in the countryside, or when the sun's out, sun loungers and a BBQ call from the decked area outside. Enjoy evenings here on in the summerhouse, before retiring to comfortable bedrooms upstairs to switch-off.

With a wealth of beaches along the North Devon coastline you really are spoilt for choice. The golden sands and fantastic waves of Croyde Bay are just 14 miles from the property – relax on the beach or take part in a surf lesson. Westward Ho! with its unique pebble ridge can be found 13 miles away. For animal lovers of all ages, the fantastic Exmoor Zoo is just a 10-mile drive from the property and has an array of animals and reptiles to meet. For all your amenities as well as fantastic eateries, shops and attraction, the market town of Barnstaple is only a convenient 3.5 miles away.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could need. The weather wasn't great so we didn't benefit from the lovely garden.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, so much so we did not really want to leave, the cottage was very spacious and private with beautiful surroundings and our Grandson especially loved the trampoline and the villages were also very friendly. A really lovely cottage with a beautiful garden. We loved that we could close the gate and the dog was safe to roam. The property was very clean and managed by Zoe who was kind and helpful. We stay in cottages several times every year and have to say that this was the best equipped we have ever stayed in. Recommend the Castle Inn up the road, greatRead more value and very friendly. The only negative was there was no welcome pack, just a bottle of milk but perhaps we have been spoilt in other places. Hide

Lovely cottage away from the busy Barnstaple. Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend this to anyone who enjoys well presented homes and lovely enclosed garden. Local pub, the food was fantastic (The Castle Inn). Lovely walks in Landkey, Everything we wanted in a holiday and many places are only 30mins away! Would stay again.

Beautiful house in an amazing setting.. The children loved the garden and so did the adults. The house was lovely and clean and we had everything we needed. The cottage is in a good spot to explore the surrounding area..
