In an enviable position overlooking Mount Batten harbour, this reverse-level three-storey pastel townhouse is perfectly placed to enjoy the spectacular views across the marina. This contemporary property is furnished with cool seaside tones, with light wooden floorboards and nautical touches dotted throughout. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double with a balcony overlooking the water and a single with sea views as well as a shower/WC. On the next level, a king-size bedroom and an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over bath/WC sits alongside a kitchen/diner with a Juliet balcony offering marina views. On the top floor, the living room has plenty of lounging space to kick back with a favourite movie or plan the next day’s adventures. Leading out to yet another balcony, the café-style table and chairs are the perfect place to chill out with a sundowner while watching the boats sailing into the harbour.

Outdoor activity enthusiasts will never be bored at this property as the nearby Mount Batten Water Sports Centre caters for a range of water sports. Walkers will love the Coast Path linking sandy beaches, rocky coves, and the nearby fishing village of Turnchapel. beautiful, a little bit of a hilly walk to the local pubs as the coastal path is closed, worth the walk though, ferry crossing is easy and there are plenty of food and drink establishments to choose from on the other side of the harbour, fully equipped kitchen for those days you don't or in our case due to the weather , can't get out, some lovely dRead moreog friendly beaches close to the house and we were made to feel very welcome wherever we were. This is a lovely comfortable house in a gorgeous location. Plenty of room to spread out as a family. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal to eat in. The beds are very comfortable ensuring a great nights sleep. Of course the views are spectacular from all the rooms. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

This is a lovely property but had an uncared feel about it. The wooden stairs were very steep and perhaps not for the older generation. The top balcony is very attractive but when we got there it was covered in moss and the table and chairs were green! There was a lack of shelving for toiletries in the downstairs shower room as well as a towel railRead more. The shower door kept coming adrift. Hide

We want to thank the owners for taking our very last minute booking, due to us being let down by another property and company. We are so glad we found this property as it is in a lovely location and is very spacious. The view was amazing and it was nice to be in a quieter area of Plymouth, whilst not being far from the hustle and bustle of PlymouthRead more itself. An added treat was 2 evenings for fireworks and we had a great view from the top balcony. A hidden gem and we loved it there. Hide

Nice house well furnished in lovely location overlooking the marina. Lots to do in the area - Plymouth itself, National Trust properties, the Rame peninsula and the Cornish coastline. The ferry services are brilliant.
