Stroll the narrow streets of bustling Appledore, catch the ferry to nearby Instow or follow the coast path to neighbouring Westward Ho!, all without having to use the car. Mealtimes are best enjoyed by the large bay window, from which the beautiful views can be admired.

Inside, this property is spacious, bright and contemporary with an open-plan lounge/diner complete with wooden flooring, high ceilings and an inviting L-shaped sofa. The master bedroom enjoys wonderful sea views and offers plenty of storage space for making yourselves at home, while the twin room reflects a subtle coastal style. When the sun is shining, enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the shared seating area outside.

With a bustling quayside, colourful fishermen’s cottages and quaint shops, cafes and restaurants, Appledore is a charming traditional seaside village. Cross the river by foot-ferry to reach Instow, which boasts a delightful sandy beach and range of amenities or stay on dry land with a walk to Westward Ho! (3 miles), home to a 2-mile stretch of golden sand and choice of water sports. Great days out with friends or family can be spent at nearby The BIG Sheep (4 miles), The Milky Way (11 miles), Clovelly (14 miles) or Dartington Crystal (10 miles).

Beautiful views from lounge and bedroom, the hill is steep but you get used to it and there are other streets to make your way back easier, parking was no problem as 3 spaces but was on street parking opposite too..
