The sports facilities are perfect for keeping younger visitors fit and happy in between day trips to the seaside, while those who appreciate a more tranquil afternoon can spend the afternoon next to the pool. The property is bright and contemporary throughout, with a minimalist decor. The heated swimming pool and BBQ area are ideal for summer evenings spent outside, whereas the cooler months might find you in the summer house or relaxing in the lounge area. 

The village of Berrynarbor is within walking distance (1 mile) for lunch at the local pub or a tasty scone or two in the tea rooms. For a seaside adventure, the town of Ilfracombe is 5 miles away and has plenty to offer travellers of all ages, including the impressive Aquarium, sandy beaches, seaside amusements and shopping. Combe Martin Beach has further sand and sea at a closer 2 miles away, and the rambling walks and incredible views of Exmoor National Park can be found 7 miles east.

  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

What a lovely holiday cottage, the layout was lovely, lots of outdoor space. Very comfortable and well equipped. The real gem for us is the outdoor private swimming pool which was used every day!

Pretty barn with wonderful outside space, the beautiful private pool is such a bonus. Quiet, peaceful location, As a returning guest this year I would recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay at Easter Court. The property really is lovely and I would rate it as the best holiday home we have stayed in at home or abroad. Clearly the facilities are amazing and even rubbish weather didn't put us off using them. Super comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms and kitchen. The place was spotless. Beautiful outside space and I feRead morelt comfortable the dog was secure in the garden. Very helpful owners and beautiful village with shop and pub. Highly recommended! Hide

Wow! We have just returned from a week here and just.... WOW! We have two older teenage sons and this place kept them amused for hours on end when we weren't out exploring the local area. The cottage is in a really quiet pretty village. It really is idyllic. We spent most of our time at the cottage and in the vast garden. It was a shame the weather was so bad that we couldnt take full advantage of the pool. But we will certainly go back.
