Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in traditional English countryside, just 1 mile away from the chocolate-box village of Chulmleigh. Dartridge Granary is set on a working farm and offers home comforts with an irresistible rustic charm. Lose yourself in nature, explore the bordering riverbank or wander the adjacent 25 acres of natural woodland. After a busy day, sip a glass of something delicious on the front patio, taking in the sights and sounds of the farm in the evening light.

Attached to the main farmhouse, this converted former granary is designed with quality time in mind. The open-plan living area provides a welcome space to gather and prepare meals, a cosy haven for unwinding in front of the television, and ample space for after dinner board games. Upstairs, you’ll find the bedrooms, both of which are very inviting thanks to thoughtful touches and comfortable linen. The bathroom is also upstairs, featuring a bath that’s perfect for a long soak. Spend lazy evenings relaxing outside, sizzling delicious suppers on the BBQ and dining alfresco while the children play freely in the enclosed garden, ideal for dogs too!

Whether you are drawn by the surf, golden sand, or stunning scenery, the rugged coastline and pristine beaches of North Devon are famous for good reason. Spend a day at the seaside rounded off with fish and chips at Westward Ho! 26.5 miles away, or at Woolacombe 30 miles away. Add a special adventure to your itinerary that’s just for the children such as The BIG Sheep 26.5 miles away or Bee World 12 miles away, two delightful locations your children will love.

A lovely cosy cottage on a farm, with a garden, which has the sound of a rill flowing. It has a beautiful outlook on to fields of sheep and hills. Peaceful, sometimes you can hear the Little Dart running along the back of the farm.
