We had a lovely week staying in this light and airy barn with stunning views. Its close proximity to the Jurassic and East Devon coastlines was perfect for us, as was being so near to the very well-stocked Miller's Farm Shop. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and then coming back to the cosy log burner and the 1000 piece jigsaw we found in tRead morehe cupboard! Thank you for a wonderful holiday! Hide

The view was amazing and it was an absolute joy just to sit and look out. The house was well equipped and felt lived-in rather than a show home which made being there very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Linhay. It was in a lovely, peaceful location with nice views of the surrounding countryside. The house itself was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms were light and spacious. Greta and Stewart were both very welcoming and helpful hosts.

The Linhay proved a perfect location for a reunion. We could could cook, relax, talk and laugh in the large sitting/dining/cooking area and sit outside in the sunshine together. two of us went to the Seaton Park Run and we particularly enjoyed walking from Beer to Branscombe.

The property was all that we wished for - clean, spacious and well equipped. It is almost completely surrounded by countryside and provides a restful base. It's a perfect choice if you want a quiet, get away from it all break but close enough to the coast, etc for days out.

We enjoyed a lovely holiday in the cottage. It has the most amazing views of the countryside appreciated from the decking where we enjoyed eating breakfast and evening meals when the weather permitted. It was very comfortable for our family of 7, parents grandparents and 2 toddlers and a baby. The toddlers enjoyed feeding the hens and counting the Read moretrain carriages.
