On the first floor, guests will take the steps and walk into a carefully crafted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that has access to a private balcony through bi-folding doors. The stylish interior features beach-themed accents throughout the property and mingles with the effortless class of the exposed brick walls, leather sofas and contemporary kitchen. The master bedroom has a princely four-poster bed with an en-suite (with small bath, shower and WC) and a private balcony, whilst the single room has another pull-out bed for an extra guest. There is also a separate bathroom where guests will find the washing machine, tumble dryer and another WC.

Less than 1 mile from the property is Woolacombe beach, known for its white sands and fantastic waves perfect for surfing. Just 2 miles from the apartment, Borough Farm Sheepdog and Falconry Displays put on an authentic and dynamic show that displays the talents of the local falcons and sheepdogs. Fun for the whole family, this is an impressive exhibition of the skills of the local wildlife and its trainers. Whatever you do, make sure you’re back in time to watch the gorgeous sunset over the Atlantic from the comfort of your balcony.

What a fabulous location and apartment! The views were incredible, especially from the hot tub. Great parking facilities and fully equipped kitchen. It was a nice touch to have milk and tea available and the fudge was very much appreciated! Would highly recommend the accommodation and wouldnt hesitate to return

I really lovely apartment with lovely size rooms and a well equipped kitchen, and decent size lounge area. The hot tub and outdoor space were really great with fanatic views over Woolacombe and the sea. We stayed as a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Theres lots to do in and around Woolacombe, although the hill back up to the property is quite aRead more trek after a day on the beach for tired legs. We didnt use the barbecue because it was just a small round one with no charcoal provided. Hide

We arrived to find the house spotless. The location is stunning . One of the best we have ever had in Devon . Plenty of space for three couples , plenty of towels . We had one issue with the hotub but that was quickly resolved . Extremely comfortable beds . We will definitely be returning . 10:10

A lovely apartment, clean and spacious. Bedrooms were lovely, showwrs and bath were clean, shower in main bedroom was lovely. Hot tub was lush and clean Not far from beach and food places, walking distance. Highly recommemd this apartment.
