Building snagging: 1. Extraction fan in g/f master bedroom en-suite- bathroom not working. 2. Towel rail radiator in g/f master bedroom en-suite- bathroom not working. 3. No extraction fan in lower g/f wet room. Tunnels Wedding Venue: 1. The tunnels were closed for the year due to previous rock falls and therefore the wedding venue directly below TRead morehe Tides was also closed for the year, and we so we couldn't make an assessment of the noise that you'd expect from this type of venue. Lovely house with incredible coastal views and immediate access onto coastal path. House was clean and well equipped. Good off-road parking. Open plan lounge and kitchen areas are really well thought out and provide a great space to relax. Suggest visitors bring their own sky card as only basic terrestrial channels available.
