This elegant property has a reverse-level layout, which maximises the beautiful views throughout. Contemporary and spacious, the upstairs living area is warmed by underfloor heating and a neutral decor. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, marvelling at the views of the sea and nearby cricket grounds. Afterwards, step onto the balcony for a digestif, or retreat to the lounge for after-dinner games. Downstairs you’ll find the main bathroom and three stylish bedrooms; double with en-suite shower, zip-and-link twin and zip-and-link super-king which can be converted on request. Outside the front you’ll discover the enclosed garden, with a patio area and hot tub, irresistible after a busy day.

With so much on your doorstep, you’ll have plenty of choice when planning your itinerary. Stroll to the beach, play a round at the Royal Devon Golf Club, or take on the challenge of the South West Coast Path. Venture further to discover more of North Devon, such as the cobbled streets of Clovelly (12 miles away), beautiful Northam Burrows (2.5 miles away), or head to Bideford (4 miles away) and hop aboard the MS Oldenburg to Lundy Island to admire the puffins.

This is a lovely modern property, well equipped with everything you could need. Beach, eateries and shops close by and a great base for travelling further afield. Driveway parking for two cars, a lawned area, hot tub and balcony.

We enjoyed the most lovely time here. Having used numerous different properties in North Devon this is by far the best yet! Totally dog friendly, very comfortable and well equipped. Location is perfect with a very short walk to beach, pubs, shops etc. Cannot recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return.

The position of Seaview is brilliant for views of the sea and being able to get to shops/restaurants. The fact the living area is on the first floor and the bedrooms downstairs meant we were able to enjoy the views. We cooked our Christmas lunch here and there was all the equipment we needed. A beautiful house in a wonderful location. Comfortable, clean with very nice furniture. Dining table that turns into a pool table - perfect for the rainy Devon weather. Welcome drinks & sweets were a lovely treat.

The accommodation and location are both superb. The upside down house has everything you need (including the added bonus of a hot tub, enclosed garden and indoor pool/table tennis table) to have a brilliant holiday. Brilliant accomodation, location was fantastic just minutes from the beach and not far from shops and restaurants. Nice private corner plot with great views from upstairs across to the sea. The house is in a good position overlooking the cricket field and has a lovely terrace which gets the sun most of the day. It is close to all amenities and a short walk to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed Clovelly , the RHS in Rosemoor and the stunning woolacombe beach all a short distance away by car.
