The beautifully serene Ford Mill Dairy provides an idyllic getaway for families seeking a farmhouse escape. Set in rural North Devon, the property boasts 10 acres of farmland that are waiting to be explored. Easily accessible grass paths meander through meadows and guide you past a river, fishing lake and duck pond. Kids (and adults) can arrange to help out on the farm.

The property embraces a clean and contemporary look, while the living room offers a noticeable contrast thanks to its classic farmhouse appearance; exposed ceiling beams, rustic stone walls and a gorgeous wood burner that will keep you warm on a winter's evening. A set of steep steps invite you down into the warm and well-lit dining room from the kitchen. The two cosy bedrooms, located on the first floor, consist of a king and a twin with the option to convert the twin into a double. Step outside into your fully enclosed private garden where you can soak up the sun and rustle up a BBQ. The giant chess set can entertain the whole family for hours – checkmate!

The property's close proximity to the Devon and Cornwall border makes it perfect for exploring both beautiful counties. Just 6 miles away is the charmingly quaint fishing village of Clovelly. Descend the steep cobbled streets to discover the iconic 800-year-old harbour, which is still used to this day. For a day the kids won't forget, The Milky Way Adventure Park awaits 5 miles north of Ford Mill Dairy. Kick back and relax whilst the kids run wild in the indoor play area!
