Heading upstairs, there are three cosy bedrooms: one super king-size zip-and-link with a Smart TV (which can be made up as a twin on request), a double and a twin room. Stepping outside, a shared path leads to the enclosed back garden which features outdoor furniture, a small lawn and BBQ. There's also an enclosed courtyard with a hot and cold shower – ideal for getting rid of the sand.
Standing on the confluence of the Rivers Taw and Torridge, Instow offers a choice of fabulous restaurants, traditional pubs and independent shops. The village also has a beautiful beach, a ferry service to the fishing village of Appledore, and is home to the North Devon Yacht Club. You can also visit the bustling Victorian seaside resort of Westward Ho! (5.5 miles) or the historic village of Clovelly (15 miles). Other local attractions include Tapeley Park (2 miles), Northam Burrows Country Park (6 miles), The Big Sheep (5.5 miles) and RHS Garden Rosemoor in Great Torrington (10 miles).
