This light and attractive holiday home is ideally located in the pretty coastal village of Westward Ho! and makes a fantastic holiday getaway for a larger family or a group of friends. With stunning far-reaching sea views this spacious and cheerful property is perfect for exploring the quaint villages and picturesque beaches of this tranquil part of the Devon coast. Close to the famous Tarka Trail this is a perfect base for keen cyclists and walkers and is a haven for a couple of dogs and their owners too.

Entering this reverse-level property the light-filled entrance hall leads you up to the attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With fabulous views, which can be enhanced using the telescope near the French doors, this tastefully furnished spacious area is perfect for relaxing in and for enjoying a fantastic family meal. Returning to the ground floor you will find four stylish bedrooms (with two en-suite shower rooms) as well as a charming snug with a Smart TV/DVD. There's also a ground-floor bathroom. From the lounge you can step out onto the balcony where you can sit back with a drink in the evening and take in the views. There's also an enclosed back garden with a patio and lawn.

The beautiful sandy beach of Westward Ho! is less than 1 mile away and is just one reason why this delightful Victorian seaside resort makes a perfect summer holiday location. This tranquil area is perfect for activities including golf, surfing, walking, making sandcastles or playing on the beach. There's a choice of great pubs and restaurants nearby or you could head further along the coast to Appledore (3 miles), Bideford (3 miles) and Clovelly (13 miles). Local attractions include The Big Sheep (3 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (10.5 miles).

The property is lovely. This is the second time we stayed there and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Very convenient for golfers as well as walkers, and the beach.

We had a lovely stay. Plenty of room for everyone one, well equipped clean and warm.The weather was not kind. I would think its really lovely in the summer.

Bryns house is perfect! We are a family 6 with our golden retriever and we were very comfortable in the house. Our kids first experience in an upside down house. Located very well, short walk to the shops and beach.

Lovely spacious house with comfy beds and nicely furnished. Very useful to have the downstairs TV room so the kids could watch when they wanted to. Great that garden was safely enclosed so the dog could have a run about off lead. Terrible weather made more bearable by the lovely accommodation.

Bryns house is a fantastic place to base an adventure in North Devon. The house layout is great with plenty of space for a couple of families with great indoor and outdoor communal area but with plenty of space to take yourself off. Fantastic location and we have booked again for next year! Highly recommended for a family holiday - the garden is secure meaning dogs and children can go outside safely. Views from upstairs are wonderful. Welcome pack of scones etc was a nice touch. All in all a great place to stay in Westward ho!.

Would thoroughly recommend staying at Bryn House, the views and sunsets from the balcony are wonderful. The house has more than enough equipment to be able to cook your own meals. There is a lovely garden, again with lots of seating/eating seats. There is a little walk into the main area of Westward Ho but is all flat walking and plenty there in thRead moree way of places for a meal. Fantastic modern house, very comfortable and homely, everything you would need and more, great views out across the golf course to the beach. Nice feeling sitting and watching the weather come and go. Great walks right out of the back gate with the dog. The local area is very scenic, within 20 minutes in any direction great walks, pubs and cafes. This is a fantastic property, loads of space, great facilities and fantastic location. Its a short walk away from the beach and shops and has fantastic views over the golf course and out to the sea with some spectacular sunsets. Its a great base to explore Northern Devon. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Would of liked the telescope to of been there as shown in pictures, saying that the house was fantastic exceptionally clean with glorious views from the veranda beds were very comfortable and showers lovely thankyou. Will definately be booking again.
