We had a lovely stay, ground floor was easy, central location, quiet friendly building, the flat is fully equipped for preparing meals. We loved the antique window shutters at the front. This was our 5th stay at this beautifully maintained cottage. Everything you need - lovely living area and en-suite shower. Situated a minute walk from the wonderful Langmoor gardens, this cottage will be the perfect base. Just bear in mind that Broad Street is steep. Book this; you wont be disappointed. The location of this apartment can't be beaten but for us it just wasn't at thr level of comfort that we had expected for the price paid. We were unfortunately very disappointed and decided not to stay.

A very well located property to explore the centre of Lyme Regis & surrounding areas. But superbly positioned to walk to the beach within a few minutes- brilliant!! This was our third visit in 12 months to this property which shows what we think of it. Beautifully decorated and furnished, lovely shower and everything you need. Just move the cottage to the bottom of the hill with a sea view and it would be idyllic. That hill is not for the faint hearted. We had a lovely few nights at Burton House. The apartment is small but had everything we needed for a short break. The location is a short walk from all that Lyme Regis has to offer albeit up a hill (but this would be hard to avoid in Lyme Regis!). Holmbush car park is just up the road but it costs 15 per day so factor that into your budget. Great accommodation. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 dogs. Location is brilliant - next to the lovely park overlooking Lyme bay. Plenty of pubs, bars, restaurants within easy walking. Will definitely be going again
