The kitchen tap was leaking which led to a pool of water on the floor. The water did not stay hot long enough for both of us to have a shower but this was rectified by the owners relatively quickly. Fantastic location although the road to the cottage is not for the faint hearted! Just a few minutes away from Saunton Sands and Croyde and a bit longer for Woolacombe. Cottage was beautiful. Very big for just the two of us. Very comfortable and good equipment, apart from the fact there were no oven trays to cook on. Main issue was the heating, or lack of it. This is a very well equipped and comfortable property and ideal for those looking for somewhere to relax. The large, enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. Lots of great beaches within easy reach and the fresh fish we bought on the quay in Ilfracombe was exceptional.

The cottage itself is lovely. Very cozy and plenty of space. Just a pity the heating wasnt working , which left us cold . Especially at night. Our only heating was 2 small electric fires. Which we didnt feel safe to leave on during the night , so awoke to a freezing house.

The cottage is lovely we have stayed a few times - suggestions would be a front entrance mat - after beach trips it would help to maintain cleanliness in the cottage. The heated towel rail is not working which makes the bathroom chilly before and after showering- the lanes for driving can be dangerous and are not for an inexperienced driver.

Just back from a week staying in Bullocks. With poor weather all week we were very grateful to have such a lovely place to stay! As others have said the 3 miles of single track lanes can be a bit of a challenge, but most other drivers were polite and patient. We had some issues with the TV as it wouldn't stay connected to the wifi, but otherwise the wifi was fine. Hide

A great holiday home. Was nice to have some luxury and be so comfortable. Our dog also loved it although we had him on a camping spike and wire lead in the garden as hes a Houdini and could have jumped the fence. Would be fine with smaller or dogs who dont roam. Was a luxury watching tv while in the bath and wed love to stay again.
