This spacious ground floor apartment sits in an enviable position right on the water's edge, offering spectacular views of the dramatic seas and coastline of North Devon. Situated in the historical town of Ilfracombe, there are many sights and attractions at your fingertips from art galleries, museums and aquariums, to beaches, shops and more. Wander down to the bustling harbour where fisherman haul in their catch morning, noon and night and sample some of the freshly caught delicacies.

Set within an historic Victorian Terrace, this ground floor split-level property has been designed to maximise its stunning location and panoramic sea views. Entering on the ground floor you have a large and comfortable lounge that's filled with light due to a floor-to-ceiling window with uninterrupted sea views. The modern-day kitchen/diner provides the perfect space to sit back and relax with family and friends with a glass of wine whilst waiting for dinner. On the lower ground floor are the two cosy and bright bedrooms along with the pretty coastal-themed bathroom with shower over the bath.

Ilfracombe is a popular seaside town situated on the North Devon coast that thrives on its heritage and culture. Strewn along this beautiful coastline are some of North Devon's finest beaches. Hele Bay (1.5 miles) is a part sand, part shingle beach lying on the outskirts of Ilfracombe and has a welcoming and friendly pub where you can enjoy a refreshment or two in the summer sunshine. Or if you are a keen walker, take the South West Coast Path to the pretty Lee Bay which is around a 3-mile walk, offering fantastic scenery and wildlife.

Having stayed before, the accommodation does not disappoint, we are blown away by the view from the lounge and spend so much time sitting and watching, rather than putting the tv on, I cannot think of anything that can be done to make our stay more enjoyable, thank you. We parked on Granville Road, free parking,We managed to get a space on CapstoneRead more Crescent from 5pm on the day prior to our departure 1 hr free until 6pm, then you can park overnight until 10am next morning, easy to load car! Apartment was warm, comfortable and clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday. The views were exceptional and breathtaking. Easy access into the building and near all places for lovely dog walks. Would recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit Ilfracombe.

This is just as pictured on the can: beautifully appointed, decorated and located. No expense has been spared in tasteful decoration of this spacious apartment. We are here as it's dog-friendly and it has a confined patio overlooking the sea. You can see & hear the sea from the master bedroom and the bathroom, shared with a twin bedroom, is next doRead moreor, and complete with a bath for a long soak before dinner! The apartment was comfortable and tastefully decorated . The view of the sea in the lounge was spectacular, and the kitchen was well equipped. We didnt want for anything. The communal area on the sea front was nice for drinks in the evening.

We spent a week in this dog friendly property. The property was spotlessly clean and was well appointed with everything we needed. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Two of us and a dog but there would have been plenty of room for four people. There are beautiful sea views from the living room. The bedrooms being downstairs made them nice and cool.Read more Easy access to the town. Only issue is difficulty with parking (I purchased a permit) and possibly for some the steps up to the door. We found some nearby on road free parking on Granville Road, a short walk from apartment, parking is extremely difficult to drop off luggage, but that is the price you pay when you are so central. The apartment was excellent, upside down living, bedroom downstairs with a patio door leading onto shared patio area (ideal for your 1st cup of tea in a Read moremorning) and the view from the windows in the lounge is amazing, we sat and enjoyed/watched the view more than the tv. the best place we have stayed at lovely place near to sea ,harbour,shops costal pathway or just relax on terrace over looking the sea right from your bedroom ,well looked after by a carving house keeper . only one down fall no parking at apartament but car park 3 minutes away

Fantastic views and a comfy well equipped apartment. We could have spent all day sat staring out to sea! The housekeeper was very helpful and a welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Dont be put off by no allocated parking space as getting a permit and parking in Marine Drive car park was a lot easier than expected.
