Perfect setting sea views from 4 bedrooms, very large house immaculately clean, good size secure gardens the wrap all around the property with gates at the front ideal for dogs.

This house was lovely, both location and equipment, and the goodies left were appreciated! We were a mixed group ranging from 4 to 70, plus a Labrador. We know the area very well having spent holidays there for many years in a variety of accommodation. The owners were helpful when we telephoned and came round during the week to collect some of the Read morerecycling. They were there when we left, ready to start cleaning so hope we didn't cause them too much work. Would definitely recommend. Hide

We had a fantastic weekend at this property. The location was very convenient, being walking distance to pubs and a take away. The beach was also walking distance and there were lovely sea views from nearly every room. The property is well equipped and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

A comfortable house in a fine location. Very well equipped. Ideal for walks with splendid views. Beaches at neighbouring Woolacombe are 5 minutes away by car and walkable if you dont take the kitchen sink.

A very well equipped house, lovely views from rear of house, nice touch with welcome pack, milk in fridge, tea and coffee etc. Plenty of info on walks, places of interest including maps, restaurants and takeaways around the area.

Beautiful house with sea views, we loved our stay at Cotfield house, walking distance into Woolacombe with lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. The house had absolutely everything we needed, couldnt fault it at all!
