With a lovely central position in the vibrant town of Brixham, this traditional terrace property is ideal for a family getaway to the English Riviera. Enjoy a morning cup of tea on the decking area looking out across the colourful seaside homes and wander down to the quay for breakfast at a local cafe. Brixham has a wonderful maritime history, letting you enjoy South Devon by water, taking boat trips to nearby Torquay and Torbay. There are a variety of beaches close by, perfect for a trip to the seaside with the kids.

This beautiful property has been lovingly decorated to make the most of the historic features. In the lounge/diner, light streams in through the bay window, illuminating the calm tones and cosy textiles. Settle down on the sofas for a film night as the Victorian fireplace glows. The cheerful kitchen has been fitted with everything you need to cook up a storm, which can be enjoyed at the comfortable dining area, or outside on the terrace. On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom, bright and stylishly decorated, with large windows that overlook the pretty streets below. The remaining three bedrooms are comfortable, with two on the second floor that have restricted headspace. Outside is a split-layer terrace, while a parking space can be found at the church.

Brixham is perfectly located to access all South Devon has to offer. For fun family days out, head to Paignton Zoo or Woodlands Family Theme Park. For those who love walking, explore the South West Coast Path or Berry Head Nature Reserve for incredible coastal trails. Two of the closest beaches include Breakwater Bay and St Mary’s Bay, however Paignton is just 5 miles away with its pretty beach and promenade. Torquay and Babbacombe are also perfect for kids, with the cliff railway and Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves.

Property was lovely and lived all the character the house had . This was the only property that would allow us to bring our three dogs . The only thing we struggled with was there was no grass for our dogs to toilet on as thats what they are used too . Well equipped but would be nice to if been left more toilet rolls and drinks as two for a family Read moreof 5 was not enough . Would definitely stay here again though ! Hide

Excellent accommodation. We were a party of 8 Adults and the property easily accommodated us. Tastefully decorated throughout, with a large main bathroom.5-10 min walk into the town. Car park pass provided for 1 vehicle, but no parking between 0900 and 1200 on a Sunday due to being a church carpark. We booked a private carpark spot locally which caRead moren easily be done online. We all really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't have any hesitation about revisiting the property or Brixham. Hide
