Visit the market town of Wellington (8 miles) where you’ll find a selection of pubs, shops and places to eat. Pack a picnic and your walking boots and head into Exmoor National Park (10 miles) where there are some fantastic routes to follow, while the Blackdown Hills AONB (10 miles) is rich in wildlife and heritage, and offers walks, cycle trails and horse riding.
