Sleeping up to eight people and two dogs, this is the perfect base for a special break with friends and family in the heart of picturesque North Devon.

This welcoming reverse-level home has been furnished to a high standard throughout. You’ll find all the restful bedrooms on the ground floor, with guests in the master double enjoying the added treat of having French doors leading into the rear garden. A cosy snug/garden room adds an inviting additional space for relaxation. On the first floor, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a sociable space with plenty of room for entertaining, dining or simply catching up on the day’s events with a glass of wine on the sofa. Sit back and enjoy a film or soak up those stunning views through the bi-folding doors. Indulge in a soak in your private hot tub outside, before getting the BBQ going and enjoying a drink on the lawn at sunset.

Stroll into the village where you’ll find plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. If you’re feeling energetic, have a go at surfing by heading to the local surf school which is near the beach. Explore the South West Coast Path which rewards intrepid walkers with some spectacular scenery. Head to The Big Sheep (3.5 miles) or the Milky Way attractions (12 miles), which are perfect for a family day out.

A great location for a North Devon holiday, property is modern and well kept. Particularly liked the balcony overlooking the garden. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, the garden, in particular the hot tub is a great place to unwind after a busy day. Westward Ho beach is a 10 minute walk away and, Saunton, Croyde & Woolacombe are just a 30 / 40 Read moremins drive away. You'll not be disappointed staying here. Hide

A lovely bright, spacious, well equipped, comfortable modern house which was perfect for the 3 generations of my family who stayed. A quiet snug to retreat to and a clean well maintained hot tub, which my two grandchildren loved and used daily were great features. Also, it has one of the best equipped kitchens of the properties we have rented. We have just got back from a weeks stay at this property and I can honestly say it is amazing. We loved every second of it. There is so much space, we have 4 kids and a baby between us and they had so much room to play and have fun. The owners were very helpful and friendly whenever we needed them.
