Surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of Devon’s Cole Brook Valley, this converted coach house cottage invites two guests to stay in a splendid studio space. The property, which is also dog friendly, is a fantastic place to return home to each evening after days filled with fantastic adventure throughout Devon. Beauty spots including the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (19 miles) and the Jurassic Coast (20 miles) are within reach, and the tourist destinations of Tiverton (7 miles), Cullompton (1.5 miles) and Exeter (11 miles) are close by for visiting.

Skylights flood this property with natural light, creating an optimistic place to wake up each morning. Enter on the ground floor to find a porch, a utility room, and a downstairs shower room before heading up to the studio-plan first floor. This all-encompassing space has been clearly laid out with three distinct areas, a lounge with plush armchairs and a Smart TV, a compact kitchen tucked around the corner and a king-size bedroom space with a walk-in wardrobe. Climb out of bed every day and move into the kitchen to make coffee, choosing to sit indoors or outside with your early morning brew. The property offers a private suntrap patio space with furniture and remarkable views, along with a larger shared paddock with a BBQ and a firepit for enjoying summer nights.

Just a 1.5-mile walk from home, Cullompton is a fantastic place to base yourself when enjoying a Devonshire retreat. This historic market town is home to one of the UK's most magnificent churches and offers locally run farmer’s markets with produce to stock up on to take home and cook. Also close by, discover more history by exploring Bickleigh Castle (5.5 miles) or touring the National Trust property of Killerton House (5 miles).

We had a great time. 2 secure areas for the dog. No worries there. 1 lovely patio/garden area with the Studio, accessed via a wooden gate from our garden. 1 communal orchard. Stanley had a whale of a time. Meeting and playing with other dogs. Accomodation was everything you needed . Access to Netflix/Prime if you have an account you just have to siRead moregn in. Quiet, calm, surroundings with parking. 2 patio sets 1 back and 1 front. . Dog bowls, dog treats. Very clean Apples, pear and Walnut tree. Hide

This was the perfect place to spend our 1st holiday with our 1 year old Whippet, with a large enclosed orchard for her to chase rabbits to her hearts content (none were harmed). Ideal location, close to the motorway but when youre there you feel you are in the middle of the countryside. So peaceful and relaxing and the views are stunning. The cottaRead morege itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything you need. The pictures really dont do it justice! We didnt want to leave! Hide

We had a lovely, relaxing time at The Studio. The enclosed garden was great for the dog. Would stay again if we were in the area.
