Step into this three-storey property where every creature comfort has been thought of. After a day on the beach, store surfboards, hang wetsuits and enjoy a warm shower outside. Settle into the stylish seating indoors and enjoy film nights together in the ground floor cinema room with authentic leather seats and surround sound; or take a dip in the private courtyard hot tub. Enjoy stunning sea views and BBQ dining on the first-floor garden balcony; or head up to the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area on the second floor for family feasts and games. Sleep easy in the prettiest of bedrooms.

Swim in the Westward Ho! rock sea pool, and treat yourself to an ice cream on the beach. Hone surf skills at the North Devon Surf School (1 mile). Hike along the 630-mile South West Coast Path (0.5 miles). Shop in the historic market town of Bideford (3.5 miles), where wildlife enthusiasts can board a ship for a day trip to Lundy Island. Head to the charming fishing village of Clovelly (12 miles), or brave some coasteering at the Ultimate Adventure Centre (2.5 miles).

Wonderful property, very roomy and in a great location with great views. Very clean on arrival. The cinema room is a great addition and very well set up. Brilliant for a large family or a group of friends.

We were a family of 10 and all of us had a great time. House was immaculate, plenty of space and a fairly good view. We had 4 grandchildren in the party aged 16, 2 x 15 and one at 14. They loved the hot tub and cinema room. Cinema room was only used at night, as house near to everything we were out and about. A beautiful property within walking distance of the beach. We were a family of ten, ranging from 12-77 and the house was great for all. The cinema room was thoroughly enjoyed by young and old. The views from the family room were super - we saw some amazing sunsets. This is an amazing house, perfect for a large family. Brilliantly equipped with everything thought through. Owners were responsive and helpful. The location is fabulous and Id thoroughly recommend!

The house was amazing! It's very well equipped, right down to hairdryers in each bedroom and a wealth of kitchen equipment. It has great lighting options, including little lights on the stairs. Really nice property with plenty of space, lovely open plan living room / kitchen area with balcony which is great! Fun to have the cinema room where you can play games or watch a movie! All bedrooms were comfortable and very clean with enough bathrooms for all. All in all a lovely property to spend time with the family!

Ocean view is absolutely stunning with lovely views on the balconys of the sea looking across the bay. It is light and airy, super clean and tidy, has a well equipped kitchen with usefully manuals and guidance how to use the electricals etc. The top floor open plan kitchen, diner, lounge provided a fantastic entertaining space. Great house, great location. We had a lovely holiday. The weather was very good, so we went out a lot. But even if the weather was not so good, we would have a great time, the house has all you need.

Lovely house with plenty of room. Very well equipped. Good location with fantastic views across the bay. Excellent sun sets. Electric car charger worked well. We were 10 people, including 3 teenagers. They loved the cinema room. The hot tub was loved by all. The beach is only a 10 minutes walk away.

Lovely house great location but missing a few things that you would expect in a house of this quality, ie kitchen paper and foil and also bathroom shampoos and shower gels . We enjoyed our holiday when we had been shopping , the coffee machine is NOT Nespresso as we were told ( we brought the wrong pods ) and none were provided .

Holiday homes really dont get any better than this. We had a wonderful half term family break with our Sons and their families. Great location and super comfy, luxurious accommodation. Would highly recommend this immaculate accommodation.
