A beautiful barn conversion just a couple of miles north of Great Torrington, the property is perfect for a family reunion or for a group of friends exploring this stunning area. The barn is set on a family-run sheep farm and has been imaginatively updated while retaining original features including a magnificent, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, exposed stone walls and stone flooring. Tastefully decorated in light, restful tones throughout, the property benefits from a large garden and soothing outdoor hot tub.

Inside the barn, you will be greeted by the impressive and spacious split-level kitchen which features a large marble-topped central island, a fantastic vaulted and beamed ceiling, a wide range of equipment, and steps leading to a charming snug area. The gorgeous dining room provides a light and traditional space, perfect for enjoying a celebratory meal. There’s also a generous lounge perfect for unwinding with a movie at the end of a fabulous day. Arranged over several levels, the property offers six beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Stepping outside, the large, enclosed garden has glorious views of the Devon countryside, and features a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, a welcoming wood-fired hot tub and an extensive lawn, perfect for playing games in the summer.

The bustling market town of Great Torrington (2 miles) is home to Dartington Crystal and RHS Garden Rosemoor and is a great base for exploring the Tarka Trail. Heading north, you can visit the pretty Victorian seaside resort of Westward Ho! (10.5 miles). Also within easy reach are Berry Castle hillfort (3 miles), Tapeley Park, The BIG Sheep (both within 10 miles) and the National Trust’s Dunsland (14.5 miles).

This was a family holiday with 11 of us. This property was amazing. Enough space to hold twice as many. It was clean. The owners have thought of everything. All the contents were of the highest quality. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this property! It was a 5 star property

We had a wonderful stay & would love to return again one day. We were 2 families staying with 5 children and the space worked so well. The barn was well equipped, immaculately clean & everything was finished to a high standard. The owners were so welcoming and friendly. The outdoor space and views are wonderful, the children especially enjoyed the Read morehot tub! The barn is a lovely spacious holiday home, we stayed as a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). The owners were very welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being very kind to us!.

Excellent accommodation with plenty of space for our group of 9. The bedrooms of which there are 6 could be configured to accommodate a family of 12 if sharing was appropriate. The kitchen is very well equipped for in house meals cooking.

Priestacott Tithe barn is a fabulous space for a holiday. Beautifully appointed and provided with an amazing range of kitchen equipment it is perfect for large groups or families who know each other well., all rooms bar one are very generously sized and all have en suites, with a cloakroom as well. What an amazing property, in a beautiful location, run by helpful, kind people. We couldnt fault our stay. The barn is way bigger than expected; the kitchen is the particular highlight as it never became crowded even with all of us in it. My favourite part was sitting in the hot tub every evening watching the stars. Amazing,WOW. What a special barn everything about it is just wonderful. We were a group of 12 and there's so much space inside and out. Very clean and beautiful bedrooms, we didn't want to leave. If your looking for an amazing time away this property has everything and more.

What a fantastic place. I can't fault anything. For a large family gathering it's ideal. It's massive inside, the kitchen is huge and you can get lost in the other parts of the barn.
