The property is perfect for exploring the North Devon coastline, with the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe (9 miles), Croyde (12.5 miles) and Saunton Sands (8.5 miles) all within easy reach. To the north is the popular seaside town of Ilfracombe (7.5 miles) and the lovely coastal village of Combe Martin (7 miles). The western edge of Exmoor National Park is also nearby (3.5 miles). Local attractions include the National Trust’s Arlington Court (6.5 miles) and Exmoor Zoo (12.5 miles).
