From the outside, you can immediately see how immaculately presented this home is. A glass-sided walkway to the front door and a fabulous atrium welcome you into the property. A remarkable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has full-height windows providing beautiful, rolling, countryside views. There is a secondary living space with a Smart cinema-TV and a fireplace feature, ideal for cosy evenings in watching your favourite movies together. The kitchen boasts four electric ovens and other useful amenities making those evening meals effortless. All the bedrooms have a Smart TV, and there is a useful utility room for storing beach items or cleaning off your towels. Outside the home is a superb, enclosed garden, sun terrace and dining area complete with BBQ. A separate balcony space is accessed through the living area and a Tesla car charging point is provided next to the parking area outside the front of the property.

Reach Westward Ho! on foot or in the car in just one mile. A beautiful house in a great location. Living is upside down with nice views from upstairs. Good size, secure garden for children & dogs to play in. Well equipped, clean and comfortably furnished. A great place to stay! We visited during a very hot period in June, upstairs is air conditioned but the bedrooms were very warm for the whole 2 weeks. ThRead moree awnings were not working which meant we had no shade outside. Otherwise, an idyllic modern seaside family holiday house we would visit again. Hide

This is a beautiful spacious comfortable well equipped house. The views over the countryside and nearby towns are beautiful. Walking distance to the centre of Westward Ho! There is a comment in the earlier reviews about a lack of equipment, this has obviously been rectified by the owner. The whole place screams quality! You won't want to leave. Everything about Sunartra was amazing, the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for a family of 8. Location was excellent and easy to get to Westward Ho beach. Would definitely recommend.
