The flat is excellent. Has everything you need and lots of thoughtful other things such as washing tablets, foil, milk that makes things easier. We found the location relaxing and convenient for the shops. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the river.

really lovely apartment, great shower, quality bedding & towels, enough kitchen/tableware to cook & eat in, we appreciated the recycling bins, including food waste. The balcony overlooks the river and at night the pedestrian area below is locked so very quiet. There is a Co-op & Tesco nearby, plus several takeaways, pasty shops. If you are travelliRead moreng without a car, the railway station is not far & there are local buses to Plymouth & Totnes. Loved the River Erme footpath, great if you have a dog. Hide
