The house worked really well for us. The garden pod was a perfect space for our 15 year old son and his friend. Combe Martin also great as a base. Safe for the teens to have some independence. Really good kayaking and paddle boarding providers in resort. Great wifi and the smart TVs welcome on a mixed weather week. I'd recommend for families with tRead moreeens and young adults. Hide

The first few steps up to the garden are quite steep so not good for older dogs with joint problems. Nice and modern kitchen and bathroom. I would really recommend the Pack 'o' Cards pub just a 5 minute walk away. They do a really Read morenice Sunday carvery. Great location for exploring North Devon, Saunton sands is dog friendly beach and goes on for miles with huge sand dunes. Hide

Beautiful looking cottage and stylish. Parking could be an issue but not far to a car park . Same etc lightning would make the place have more Ambience . Overall very modern and comfy beds and design and garden area would be great if it wasn't raining.
