The large holiday home is located just 2.5 miles from Woolacombe, with its sandy beach, great choice of eateries, and stunning coastal walks. Sleeping 12 guests, the property makes a great base for get-togethers with friends and family. Its spacious living area is perfect for entertaining and there’s a beautiful outdoor area, with a BBQ and hot tub, to make the most of those long, summer evenings. From the cottage, enjoy day trips to Ilfracombe, Croyde, and Barnstaple (all within 15 miles).
The home-away-from-home is arranged across one level, and has a bright, open-plan layout. The lounge/kitchen/diner is a fantastic place to spend quality time together, enjoy dinner parties at the dining table, or chat at the breakfast bar. After dinner, challenge your fellow guests to a game of table tennis, or gather around the Smart TV to watch a movie. The property has three king-size bedrooms with en-suite facilities and two triple bedrooms. There is also a large family bathroom. Completing the property is a snug/games room, where you can watch the Smart TV or play table football. Steps lead down to the enclosed garden, which boasts sea views. Children will love playing on the trampoline, whilst you prepare the BBQ or relax in the hot tub.
Woolacombe has, arguably, one of Devon’s finest beaches. Adrenaline seekers can try their hand at a whole host of water sports, as well as horse riding along the sand and hang gliding off the cliffs. Those looking for a more relaxed afternoon can enjoy strolls along the 3-mile shoreline or hikes along the South West Coast Path. The Victorian town of Ilfracombe (5 miles) makes a lovely day out. Wander around the picturesque harbour, dine in one of the independent eateries, or even hop on a boat to visit Lundy Island.
