Couples and families are sure to enjoy a restful break at this handsome apartment overlooking the gorgeous North Devon coast. Located in the charming village of Mortehoe, the property is just 1 mile from the popular resort town of Woolacombe, a fantastic destination for families with children of all ages and a great location for water sport enthusiasts; the local beaches are famed for their family-friendly atmosphere and excellent surfing conditions.

A fabulous place for a memorable stay, the property boasts an impressive facade and approach. Up two flights of stairs and you’ll find yourselves in the light-filled open-plan living area with a modern kitchen/dining space. The apartment has been beautifully styled with a contemporary coastal scheme, restful colours and attractive furnishings: it boasts spectacular views across the North Devon coast. You’ll find a handy WC with utility just off the kitchen and two well-appointed bedrooms; a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Step outside to the peaceful landscaped garden to witness beautiful sunsets.

Out and about, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. If you’ve brought the dogs and are in search of canine-friendly beaches and attractions, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Or if you’ve brought the kids and are in want of bucket-and-spade beaches and family attractions, Woolacombe Beach is less than 1 mile from your doorstep and offers a 3-mile stretch of golden sand that merges into the sheltered cove of Putsborough - also an excellent beach for surfers. In the village itself, you’ll find every amenity required for a relaxing, well-catered break, or head over to Croyde (5.5 miles) for its uniquely laid-back coastal atmosphere and welcoming establishments.

We had a great stay here in early March. The apartment was warm and comfortable and the standard of the kitchen appliances and equipment, and furnishings generally, extremely high. It was a good base for local walks on the coast path and down into Woolacombe. The views over the coast (as far a S Wales on a good day) were a bonus.

Quite location within easy walking distance to two pubs, a shop and chip shop. A relaxing area away from the bustle of Woolacombe but still close enough to enjoy. Great beach at Woolacombe with lots of local walks to Morte Point etc ideal for walkers and dogs

The apartment is beautiful, in a lovely location and very well appointed. Our only minus points would be that the floors in both bedrooms had very creaky boards. We had a baby with us and it made us very self conscious moving around in case we (a) woke the baby and (b) disturbed neighbours below. (Hopefully we didnt). Enderley is a first floor aparRead moretment and to sit looking out over the cliff tops in the evening was an absolute delight. Mortehoe is a beautiful peaceful village. Hide

Beautiful location, had a fantastic holiday exploring the beaches and coastline. We took our dogs and were a bit worried about being in a flat with them but it was great. A nice communal secure garden to use and easy access up a single flight of stairs.

Great accommodation, lovely views. Fully equipped. Close to local amenities and Miss Feas Bistro - a little gem just at the end of the road. Perfect base for long walks
