Beautiful Lodge in a beautiful setting, well equipped with all you need. Lovely welcome pack for both human and furry friends which was much appreciated. Lovely place to stay with so many places close by to visit. The Otter Inn in nearby Weston serves beautiful food if you want to eat out, all in all a great holiday.

We had a nice stay at the lodge. Clean and comfortable with a nice view although tree was blocking it. Close enough to main roads but nice and quiet. Lovely bath. Nice welcome gifts.

Fantastic property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5 and this property was perfect. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had, and the location meant we had lots of day trips on our door step. Would highly recommend, we will definitely look to book again.

Lovely lodge, well equipped and a good place to explore East Devon! A welcome pack greeted us for us humans & the dogs which is a thoughtful, kind touch. We loved sitting on the veranda enjoying the sunshine and there was a good private garden for the dogs. Thank you!

We had a lovely time staying here. Everything is clean and easily accessible for a 75 year old with some mobility issues. Its hard to find somewhere which fits travelling with an energetic dog plus my elderly mother but they both loved it here. We also enjoyed the bird song and watching the bats in the evening.

Lovely cottage in rural setting off main road about 20 min drive to coast and great walks. Very helpful hosts and lovely welcome gifts for us and our dog. There is an unsightly vegetable growing area in front of cottage which is cleverly disguised from view with elegant canvas to the balcony, so view is still beautiful when seated. Enclosed mini gaRead morerden great for dog and little ones. Hide

Lodge was very comfortable well equipped everything you could need was there. Good location to travel from. Leaflets and welcome box were excellent. Pub just 10 mins walk away. Only downside was there was no path to walk on so a bit dangerous walking this time of year when it goes dark early.

The owner told me that the lodge was previously their home and it's very clear that someone actually lived here as it is very well appointed and equipped. Far better than most self catering properties I've stayed in. Spacious, comfortable and furnished and decorated to a high standard. Lovely garden for my dog to run around in and great views from Read morethe terrace / balcony over the surrounding countryside. Lovely walk down to the River Otter without needing the car. Hide

Super place to stay with enclosed small garden and large split decking area. Basket of goodies for us on arrival which included a toy for our dog. The Greyhound county inn just down the road was an excellent place to eat as well.

Little Ash Lodge is lovely accommodation - roomy, clean and tastefully furnished. We were very comfortable. Because the lodge is all on one floor and there is a walk-in shower, it suited my elderly mother. There is a nice enclosed garden - which suited the dogs - and plenty of outdoor seating.
