Coastal paths, beach activities, and rolling hills are all on your doorstep at this charming two-bedroom property in Combe Martin, Devon. It’s a great base for keen walkers and water sports enthusiasts and is also within easy reach of the village pubs and eateries.

Originally a barn, the property has been converted with care and attention into a comfortable and light-drenched space. You’ll feel your spirits lift as you relax on the lounge sofa and gaze through the patio doors at the countryside or enjoy a sociable meal at the dining table. The separate kitchen has every utensil you’ll need to show off your cooking skills but to make dinner even more memorable throw open the patio doors and dine outside in front of the striking hillside views. When it’s time for bed, head upstairs to the two bedrooms and choose between a king-size bed and a twin room. Both rooms are furnished in soothing tones, and you’ll soon be in a relaxed state. Outside there is an extensive patio that overlooks the hills and sea and is shared with a neighbouring property. Sit and chat with the neighbours or simply unwind at the end of the day with a cool drink and watch the sunset.

Enjoy coastal walks from the doorstep or head to Exmoor National Park (6 miles) and explore the woodlands and moors. Alternatively, try your hand at paddleboarding or kayaking at Combe Martin’s Beach (2 miles). Kids will also love the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park in Combe Martin where they can get up close to sea lions, penguins, and life-size dinosaurs.

Beautifully appointed and spacious cottage with stunning views of rolling hills and the sea. So peaceful and comfortable. Loved the outdoor fire pit at night!

Hills View was spotlessly clean, comfortable & well equiped, in a lovely quiet location with amazing views: couldn't fault it! If you're looking for peace & quiet, it's the perfect place.

Lovely cottage, clean, modern and well equipped. Beautiful views and a perfect location as a base for beach or country holidays. The children and the dog loved it ! We will book again !!

We loved the accommodation views were amazing it was peaceful but still only 5 minutes into town! Loved coming back and chilling out in the evenings perfect place to relax

Location and accommodation was beautiful and So peaceful. Only thing we could have done with was an iron but everything else was spot on. The little touches like the dog treats we really appreciated and Scamp definitely enjoyed them! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Both my wife and I enjoyed stopping at Hillsview very much. We took our two dogs with us and they enjoyed it to!! The property was in showroom condition and as soon as we entered felt homely. The kitchen was well equipped and very spacious / open planned.
