Excellent property in both design and location. Stunning view across Northam Burrows Country Park made even better by end of day sunsets. We were a party of eight including two children more than enough room for everyone, good size rooms, kitchen, dining area and lounge. Appledore coastal village, is an ideal location for getting about whether its Read moreto a beach or other attractions. This cottage is a lovely place for a family or extended family to stay. Lots of walking, cycling, shopping, drinking. Close to Westward Ho. We spent time in Appledore, Bideford & Ilfracombe too. We saw Stonechats & a Kestrel at Hartland lighthouse.

Its hard to add to whats already bee said, simply a fabulous house in an amazing location. However, I will add something. Through my stupidity i needed the owners assistance, Matt was on hand immediately and resolved our problems without issue. Ive knocked just one star off, as already mentioned some sunshade at the rear would be an asset to the prRead moreoperty and also some kind of shelf in the shower would help us of an older age! Spacious and well equipped property. Everything seemed new and fresh and impeccably clean. Good view out to sea, and a short walk (via a steep hill) to the quay. Good community feel on the quay, we enjoyed listening to the band on Monday evening.

This property is superb! Luxury 5star and oh my, what a view! Beautiful house, so so clean, amazing space for 8 people (we were a party of 6 adults). House was great, modern with big windows that looked over the bay. Very peaceful at the time of year we were there. Beds were very comfortable, good nights sleep every night. Such a great location, the Quay of a few minutes away. Local shops on the Quay feature a great Deli, Chocolate Shop and two excellent Fish & Chip shops. Sea Vista is a spectacular property. Newly built, really well designed, with fabulous uninterrupted views of the coast, and North Burrows National Park - which is a wonderful, peaceful set of dunes, sheep, horses, and beach. Nearby Appledore is a cute little village with a nice beach with boats, and over the estuary is Ia similar village of Instow.Read more A great place to visit North Devon, and good for Tarka Trail cycling (don't forget to stop for a cake at Fremington Quay). Lovely clean & comfortable accommodation. Definitely 5 star! The views over the estuary were breathtaking especially during sunset. Walking distance to the lovely village of Appledore but not if you have mobility issues. Would definitely return to this accommodation & area.

The house is in a gorgeous location, with lovely sea views. Super clean, lots of equipment in the kitchen for cooking (plus the utility). Easy drive to the beach, to The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Great sized living-dining space. Lots of parking. The house was easy to find. Would recommend and we hope to go back!

Fantastic property with stunning views. Lounge seating very comfortable and house spotless. Great to have plenty of parking. We all had a great holiday and enjoyed walking around the area but please note if someone has mobility issues it is uphill back to the property from Appledore.

We had a lovely week at Sea Vista with breathtaking views across the estuary - we were treated to glorious sunsets night after night! The house itself is perfect, with large comfortable rooms and was absolutely spotless! We had a lovely week at Sea Vista which is in a great location with far reaching views. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property. We had extreme heat and the fans were welcome but more shade on the back would have made our stay even more comfortable.
