This stunning, spacious house sits within its own grounds and has lots of luxury features, including a large, enclosed garden, a balcony with awesome views, a hot tub, a games room, and a cosy wood burner, plus it’s ideal for visiting beaches, shops, and local attractions.

Located in a peaceful spot, the reverse-level house has stylish interiors, and all the creature comforts you could need. Go upstairs to the bright and airy lounge/diner, perfect for relaxing and chatting and watching TV. Open the French doors to the balcony and garden on balmy evenings and get the open fire going on chilly ones. You’ll find everything for cooking tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a table and TV for teatime; enjoy dinners together at the main dining table in the lounge/diner. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, two beautiful en-suite king rooms with French doors to the patio, as well as the large family bathroom. There are two further king-size bedrooms on the ground floor (one can be made-up as a twin), all four bedrooms have Smart TVs. Spend warm days and evenings outside in the fully enclosed garden enjoying drinks and BBQs on the patio and sitting on the raised decked balcony admiring the beautiful river views. Walk into Bideford (1 mile) along the South West Coast Path for shops, pubs and cafes, head to Westward Ho! (2 miles) for a stroll along the 2-mile beach or to go surfing. For a day out, visit the stunning gardens at RHS Rosemoor (9.5 miles) and take the kids to The Big Sheep amusement farm park (2.5 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (9.5 miles).

Great property, very well equipped and comfortable. A bonus having the games room and hot tub. Plenty of room for all of us plus 2 dogs. Really good location

This home is the ideal location, quiet secluded beautiful sea views but a little walk in either direction and you are in one of the towns surrounding you. Lots of supermarkets close by and cafes, although it was a struggle to leave this amazing home. With working on my pool and learning table tennis it didnt leave much time to soak away in the hot Read moretub under the stars. I booked the property I thought it had every thing we would need but it had so much more that you know you have had a holiday! Hide
