Take your favourite people away on a wonderful holiday exploring the coast, visiting the beach and local attractions at this luxury, contemporary house in Appledore. It has a reverse-level layout to make the most of the incredible views from the living space and wraparound balcony, a hot tub, and a terraced garden with a patio and BBQ.

The impressive house is beautifully presented with high end furnishings throughout. Head upstairs to the stunning open-plan living space, get together on the sofas for a chat and a drink. There are sliding doors to the balcony and a gorgeous dining area for memorable mealtimes with doors to the rear garden, plus a spacious, contemporary kitchen for preparing delicious meals, with a breakfast bar and a wine fridge. The snug next door is the perfect comfy space for watching the Smart TV and playing games, with doors to the balcony; there’s also a utility with a WC on this floor. Head downstairs for a great night’s sleep in the four gorgeous bedrooms, a beautiful king with an en-suite shower room, two pretty doubles – one with an en-suite shower room, and a cosy twin bedroom, and the family bathroom. Sit and take in the views from the balcony, fire up the BBQ in the rear garden, and relax in the bubbling hot tub, there’s also a handy hot outdoor shower.

Explore Appledore’s rich history at the Maritime Museum, wander the narrow streets to discover the village’s pubs, shops, cafes, and galleries. Visit Westward Ho! beach, 2 miles of golden sands, for a walk, to go surfing or just relax. Look round the stunning gardens at RHS Rosemoor (10 miles) and take the kids for exciting trips to The Big Sheep amusement farm park (3 miles), and North Devon Wake Park (10 miles).

We would highly recommend this property. It's in a very convenient location with a beautiful view. It's luxurious but still comfortable and cosy. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

A beautiful house furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. A lovely walk into Appledore to the ample pubs/cafes and little shops. A perfect location to explore all local beaches. I wouldnt hesitate recommending this property. We had a wonderful stay, thank you. NB Bring your own towels for the hot tub as none provided.

Outstanding property and a lovely location. Only a short walk from the village where you can find nice pubs and tea rooms and close to the all the wonderful North Devon beaches. We didn't want to come home! We will defiantly be back.

The property is light, modern and beautifully designed with quality furniture, bedding and very well-equipped and with parking for two cars. It's in a great location, just 5 minute walk to the pubs etc. One of the nicest places visited in Devon.

Amazingly equipped place, really great decor and fit out, sitting on balcony, in hot tub or garden just the best to watch the changing tides of the estuary. Really comfy bed. Lovely and quiet and on the hottest week of the year - air con amazing!

Sky Break is an amazing home and an ideal base for exploring the delights of North Devon. The house has just been built and the owners have thought of everything for the comfort of the guest.
