Venture into this family bolthole to discover a delightful living room where your first port of call is to put your feet up in front of the toasty wood burner. Adults are sure to pop on the Smart TV, while youngsters can potter to the playroom for sessions on the arcade machine, rounds of board games and time with the large dollhouse. Down the hall, a country-style kitchen has all the equipment needed to rustle up a delicious meal with the local produce you picked up on your travels. Once the meal is ready, dine around the table and finish the evening in the hot tub with music twinkling from the Bluetooth speaker. After a busy day, climb into crisp linens in one of the four bedrooms: a bunk bedroom, a twin, a double with an en-suite and a king-size with SkyTV. This wonderful home is located within the grounds of Exmoor National Park, so naturally, there are lots of gorgeous walking trails that will take you out to the serene countryside, stopping at lovely pubs along the way. Woody Bay station is a mere 4 miles from the property and offers a memorable ride along the Lynton and Barnstaple narrow-gauge railway through magnificent countryside, while beach days are yours for the taking at the award-winning Woolacombe Beach (13.5 miles).
